These terms cover using the BrandNames website while it is in its pre-launch phase. Using the site means you accept them.
The site
BrandNames publishes the blog and these pages for information. The content is provided as is and may change at any time. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, or financial advice.
The launch list
Joining the launch list means you may receive emails about the launch and short updates before it. You can leave at any time by writing to hello@brandnames.so. How that data is handled is covered in the privacy summary.
Services
The naming engagements described on the site are not yet on sale here. When they open, each one will be offered under a separate agreement provided at purchase. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding contract for those services.
Intellectual property
The BrandNames name, the site content, the methodology, and the underlying brand database belong to BrandNames and the BrandOS ecosystem. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
No warranties
The site is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. BrandNames is not liable for any loss arising from use of the pre-launch site.
Changes
This is a plain-English summary for the pre-launch site. Fuller terms reviewed by counsel will replace it before BrandNames begins taking payments. Questions can go to hello@brandnames.so.
